1. Returns
- Final Sale: All sales of our products (including crystals, spiritual tools, and energy services) are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal dissatisfaction, as our items are energetically sensitive and personalized.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We strive to ensure that your items arrive safely and in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- Notification Period: You must notify us of any defects or damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of Damage: Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged product by emailing us at crystalsforlifebypreety@gmail.com.
- Resolution: Once we receive your request and proof of damage, we will either replace the damaged item at no additional cost or issue a refund, based on stock availability and at our discretion.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only offered in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective and a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund.
